I was wondering if there were any difference performance-wise?
Let's say you have a skin with 10 measures that are disabled by default and are only enabled briefly during a mouse action:
1. Does adding Update=-1 do anything else for performance/resource usage if measures are disabled?
2. Is it better to have Update=1000 and not worry about disabling the measures?
3. Is there any difference between the two when it comes to resource usage regarding the measures only, ignore the rest of the skin.
What I'm really asking I suppose, is am I wasting my time coding in both scenarios? I have set several skins to Update=-1 AND am disabling measures, but I guess I don't need to do the latter?
Thanks.![Thumbs Up ]()
