Definitely. Although unless you have some sort of particular need to get this directly from the source, why not just use the weather.com API? (Some country's government meteorological sources have better coverage than weather.com, and those sources are almost always free/unlimited, so that is two use cases for not using weather.com.)Is Rainmeter capable of using that API (I suppose in the same way it uses the weather.com API)
