You just set the X and Y positions of the meters further away.

If that's an ellipse shape meter in the middle, the X setting is the centre. So add another 100 pixels maybe? Then it will move the Circle shape to the right. If 100 is too much, reduce to 80 or whatever it needs to be.

Then repeat for the Y axis and all the other parts as necessary. The red part is the entire size of the skin and may not need to be that large. I don't know the skin so you are a better judge than me on that.
