So, the regex's are coming along pretty well, but this is a question about weather interpretation. I don't know whether this occurs also on other weather sites, but in the ECCC XML, in the <forecast> sections, there is a section called <winds>, containing a section called <wind ...> which has attributes such as wind speed, gust speed, wind direction, etc.
But, the <winds> section may contain two or three, or possibly more, <wind ...> sections; all in the same <forecast> period (a single day, or night). So the question is how to interpret this, and how to deal with these multiple sections? (I have searched, and could not find any documentation on this from ECCC.)
