Yep, this is right. I set msedge.exe into the "Additional process list" and this immediately let executed the action set under the On start button (Edge was open). I didn't get executed the action set under the On stop button when I closed Edge. But this has happened because few instances of the Microsoft Edge proces was still running under the Task manager. When I closed all this processes, I immediately got executed the action set under the On stop button. So yes, Edge is pretty persistent and its process can not be easily closed.Be careful, by default, Microsoft Edge is pretty persistent...
