Of course you can. Your drawing is a very good start, now just use 3 Path shapes (Shape, Shape2 and Shape3) in the meter, and choose their coordinates according to your drawing. Based on it, you'll only need to use LineTo, so it's even simpler than the cylinders illustrated by jsmorley in the other thread (and for which I'll post an example later on).

P.S. You don't need to actually use Combine for those shapes in your example, especially if you want them to have different fill colors - it was just a figure of speech meant to include both "putting together" and "using Combine" for those partial shapes.
